Shipping Policy

We process and ship all orders on business days only, Monday to Friday excluding major public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

We ship most orders via Auspost within 2-7 days to any valid postal address and can be calculated upon checkout. Shipment may be delayed due to unexpected conditions such as server errors, weather conditions, order cutoff times and any other unexpected conditions.

To protect your goods we require you to sign for your parcel upon delivery. This delivery system with Australia post has tracking and you will be notified by VOS Lashes when your order has been shipped with your tracking number.

Cost depending on customer location. Orders will be process the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 14:00 pm Australian time, depending on product availability. Orders received after 14:00 pm Australian time will be processed on the next business day. International orders cannot be expedited.

Return Policy:
We have a limited return policy and do not restock returned goods. You will have 14 days contact us via to obtain a return authorisation number and should be clearly noted on the return package.

Returns sent without a return authorisation number will not be accepted or opened.

Product Availability:
We try and ensure that all of the products and merchandise we feature is in stock. In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will be fully refunded for the out of stock item. We will not ship the item when it is back in stock, as we do not have a backorder system.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect item:
If you unfortunately receive a faulty, or incorrectly described item, we will provide a replacement or store credit, provided we are notified within reasonable time.
If the item you receive is damaged in shipment or defective, you must contact us at within 3 days of receipt (delivery arrival) to initiate a return.

Please provide a clear photo of the item you wish to have replaced and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
